How do I use LaundryLocal.com?
Enter your address and we'll show you all of the services that deliver to that address.
How do I order online?
Just pick a spot you would like delivered. If you don't have an account already, you'll be directed to create one. We need your address so the services know where to deliver. Schedule a pick-up with the calendar. Then confrim and place your order. Check here for our Terms of Use. Also, we don't give or sell your information. You will have a chance to add notes for the service on checkout.
Does it cost anything extra?
No. Phone orders and online orders are free.
What about credit card info?
No one sees your credit card information, not even us. All information is securely transmitted, and will appear on your statement as a charge from LaundryLocal.com.
How do I know the Service got the order?
We automatically confirm with the service you chose that they have received your order. Our second line of defense is our awesome customer service department. In the very unlikely event that any Service does not confirm the order, our staff will contact the service to resolve the issue.
